The week so far

This week is ambling along. B was sick yesterday so he focused on independent reading, social studies, and his typing lesson. Poor guy had to miss out on his favorite classes; swim and gym. M-wishing to be sick like her brother had to go to swim and gym. Of course, she had a wonderful time. Plus, there was the added treat of using the ladies locker room instead of the family locker room.

B-is feeling better today but still not 100%. He did some math, social studies, and typing today. M focused on writing a draft paragraph from her character development chart. Tomorrow she will work on proofreading and revisions. She is not looking forward to it. She is also continuing to master her 9's table. I have been learning a few 9 facts as well. I never noticed how the answers are in order 1-9 and 9-1if you write them as a list. She continued learning about the government for social studies today. So far, she has learned about the President, Vice President, Governor, and Congress.
