So here is what has been happening:
Mister B has his learner's permit. I am the worst passenger ever. He is doing great (which is a good thing since the imaginary brake on my side of the car does nothing. I have also learned that leaning in the direction I want the car to go does not work, either. Also, my death grip on the door handle and grimace do not inspire confidence. Just food for thought for when your kids get their learners permits).
Mister B is also taking Spanish at our local community college and a college Philosophy class. This is on top of the regular course work we do at home plus still competitive swimming for the high school and the club team.
Little Miss M (not so little. I am the shortest one in the house) has dived into her freshman year of high school with maturity and enthusiasm. She will also be swimming for the high school and the club team. Don't tell her brother ;) but such a pleasure to be doing 9th grade with her versus my general freak out, suck all the joy out of homeschooling when her brother started high school. My poor son is the guinea pig.
It will be busy year over here.
