Today was a good day. B moved onto the next math unit-finding cubic feet. I thought he was going to burst with happiness that we have moved on from triple digit long division. Language Arts- he continued working on dictionary skills. M continued working on the 3 times table for math. Language Arts she worked on pronouns after a verb.
We then spent an hour at the library picking out books. They both used the computer to request books that were not on the shelves. They love requesting books. Watching them use the computer for the card catalog made me feel nostalgic for the old card catalogs. The computer is just not the same as searching those old cards.
