Arizona

The kids are really enjoying our stay in the Baby State. Arizona was the 48th State, you know and is sometimes referred to as the Baby State. Of course, it is also referred to as the Valentine State and the Grand Canyon State. Today we went to an Ostrich Ranch (http://www.roostercogburn.com/). B was 100% bummed that we were not able to go on the Monster Truck Tour. Turns out, they only do that on weekends and Holidays. We now know for next time. We got to feed the Ostrich, Deer, Goats, and Donkeys. The coolest part was feeding the Lorikeets. You hold the nectar cup in your hand and they land all over you. B loved it. M not so much. She wouldn't do it but she did love looking at the birds. I will post pics next week when we return home.
