Montclair Art Museum 04.21.10

So far this week has been pretty hectic. Besides the usual lessons and swim and gym on Monday there have been a plethora of additional activities. Yesterday Mister B participated in the first meeting of a Film Making Club. This is the brain child of one of Mister B's friends whose parents are involved in the industry. He had a great time. They learned a bit about what goes into making a movie and they started brainstorming on the type of movie they want to make.

Today we headed off to the Montclair Art Musuem (http://www.montclair-art.com) for a class. Today they learned about focusing in on an object and not being afraid to go off the page. Draw it large! They went outside to do a little nature study to figure out what they wanted to put on their paper. Once that was done they headed inside to add some color.

Little Miss went up the hills a way and found a flower.

The rest of the week will be chock full of adventure. Tomorrow we have a virtual field trip to Colonial Williamsburg and Friday is the last Structural Engineering class. Busy, busy, busy! Which is just the way it should be.
